Country Reports

Each country is expected to provide a country report as scheduled in the meeting agenda, that will cover two main items:

• Review of the current AWCI activities in countries (demonstration project, CCAA study)
• Ideas and views of possible country involvement in and contribution to the next stage of AWCI that is envisioned in line with the GEOSS Water Cycle Integrator (WCI – please refer to the WCI concept document) and the "Green Growth with Blue" document.

A template for the country presentations has been prepared (available here) that includes a number of items that should be addressed in the country report. The time allocated for country presentations is limited to 15 minutes:  13 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion. Accordingly, focus should be on the main, most important aspects and presentation file should be limited to about 20 - 25 slides (or less). The details may be discussed during the breakout group sessions.

Abstracts

In addition, the country representatives are requested to prepare a written abstract of your report and submit it to the meeting secretariat by 3 October 2011.
